Reservation procedure

You can book your accommodation on our website, using the booking engine that you will find on our page. Choose the dates of your holiday and the category of the selected flat and check the "Booking calendar" section to see the availability and dates with special discounts.

Please note that for bookings in high season or school holidays, fixed arrival days (Saturday or Sunday) and minimum stay restrictions may apply. In this case, we recommend that you repeat the search by changing the arrival day or by sending a direct request.

Reservations made through this page or by direct booking, benefit from the best conditions and prices, as well as the exclusive service of special requests. In the event that you find lower prices for your stay in our flats, please contact us and we will make you a better offer.

Group bookings

For group bookings or bookings of several flats, we recommend that you contact us directly with a direct enquiry or state this in the comments section when making your booking.

Deposit

To confirm your booking, a deposit payment is required in accordance with the conditions of your chosen fee. This payment can be made by credit card or through the payment options available in your country.

Confirmation and booking conditions

 When you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during the booking process, as well as instructions for your arrival at the accommodation and our recommendations for preparing your holiday in Andorra.

Accommodation enquiries and changes after booking  

To avoid any possible confusion, we recommend confirming the booking conditions subject to the rate chosen and which appear when choosing the holiday or rate type.

To request a modification, outside of the established policies, you must contact us directly, through one of our contact options.

When you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the holiday booked, the services included, instructions for arrival in Andorra, check-in and tips for your holiday, which we recommend you share with all the members of your group.
