IDENTIFICATION DATA: The owner of the website domain is Mountain Suites and Chalets Group, SL, an Andorran company registered in the Register of Commerce and Industry of the Government of Andorra, under number 922230U (hereinafter, “MSCG, SL”); with registered office at 51 A Pleta Sant Pere de El Tarter; NRT L710 982-Z, and registered in the Tax Register of the Principality of Andorra. 2. USERS: Access to and/or use of this Mountain Suites and Chalets Group portal confers the status of USER, which implies acceptance, from the moment of such access and/or use, of the General Terms of Use published herein. These terms shall apply regardless of any applicable General Terms of Contract. MSCG, SL recommends that users carefully read the published terms each time they access this website. Access to certain content offered through this website may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which, depending on the case, replace, supplement, and/or modify these terms.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL: This domain provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the Content”) on the Internet belonging to MSCG, SL or its licensors, which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal, which extends to the registration necessary to access certain services or content. In said registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that MSCG, SL offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, or illegal nature, or that incites terrorism or violates human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of MSCG, SL, its suppliers, or third parties, or introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. MSCG, SL reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to minors, or that threaten public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are unsuitable for publication. In any case, MSCG, SL will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

4. DATA PROTECTION: MSCG, SL complies with the guidelines of Andorran legislation on the protection of personal data (Qualified Law 15/2003, of December 18, and Regulation of the Andorran Data Protection Agency, of June 9, 2010) and other applicable regulations, and ensures the proper use and processing of users' personal data. To this end, alongside each personal data collection form for the services that users may request from MSCG, SL, users will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, including information on the data controller, their address, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection, the purpose of the processing, and any data transfers to third parties. Furthermore, MSCG, SL informs users that it complies with Andorran Law 12/2013, of June 13, on Commerce; 13/2013, of June 13, on Effective Competition and Consumer Protection; and 20/2014, of October 16, regulating Electronic Contracting and Operators that Carry Out their Economic Activity in a Digital Space, and will request your consent to the processing of your email for commercial purposes at each time.

All rights reserved. Pursuant to the provisions of the Andorran Copyright Law of June 10, 1999, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of MSCG, SL. The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by MSCG, SL. You may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them on your computer's hard drive or any other physical medium, provided that it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the MSCG, SL website.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: MSCG, SL shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it. Consequently, the website owner does not guarantee the reliability, availability, or continuity of this website or its content, whether its own or that of other websites that may be accessed through links. Therefore, the use of these links by the user is at their own risk, and the user may not hold the website owner liable in any way in this regard. CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING AND CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION: In case of cancellation, you must notify us by cancelling your reservation or by phone at +376 825111 from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In accordance with the conditions of the rate selected in your reservation, booked stays are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable as stipulated. However, the amount paid for cancellations under flexible rates will be refunded within 24 hours to 15 days if made within the free cancellation period. Requests to change and/or cancel optional services outside the free cancellation period will not be considered. In the case of cancellation of non-refundable rates, regardless of the date of cancellation, or flexible rates outside the free cancellation period, Mountain Suites and Chalets Group will retain a penalty equivalent to 100% of the amount paid at the time of booking confirmation. If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, they will have a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total stay.

10. PAYMENT METHODS: For reservations made through the website via the Virtual POS terminal, only payments by bank card will be accepted. Accepted bank cards: Visa and Mastercard.

11. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION: MSCG, SL reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Terms of Use.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS: MSCG, SL will pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it under the law.

13. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND DURATION: MSCG, SL may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these terms will depend on their publication and will remain in effect until modified by other duly published terms.

14. TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax, levied by the municipalities, is not included in our rates. It is calculated per person per day at €2.09 for all non-residents of Andorra aged 16 and over, with a maximum of €14.63 per person per stay. Depending on the circumstances, it must be paid at the destination or at the time of booking.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: The relationship between MSCG, SL and the USER will be governed by current Andorran legislation and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the Principality of Andorra.
