Tarter Mountain Suites & Chalets' booking conditions
At Tarter Mountain Suites & Chalets, we want you to have all the information you need for your stay in Andorra from the very beginning. Below, you'll find the main conditions applicable to reservations, cancellation policies, arrival times, pet-friendly bookings, and tourist taxes.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking. The customer must review and accept the specific conditions of their rate before confirming the booking.
Non-refundable fee
- Prepayment: 100% of the reservation amount.
Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation, 100% of the costs will apply.
- In case of non-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the costs will apply.
Flexible rate 7 days
- Advance payment: 30% of the booking amount.
Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 6 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival: 30% charge.
- In case of non-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the costs will apply.
Flexible rate 14 days
- Advance payment: 50% of the reservation amount.
Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, with a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% charge.
- In case of non-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the costs will apply.
DEPOSIT
To formalize the stay, a deposit will be requested according to the length of the reservation:
Short stay: reservations from 1 to 13 days, deposit of 150€.
Long stay: reservations of 14 days or more, deposit of 400€.
For long-stay reservations, an additional 50€ supplement will also apply for the final cleaning of the accommodation.
CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in hours are from Monday to Sunday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the necessary instructions.
LATE ARRIVALS AND SELF CHECK-IN
If you arrive after reception closes, you can check in yourself by following the instructions provided by the accommodation before your arrival.
Next to the reception door, you will find an exterior safe. Enter the code provided earlier, turn the lever, and collect the envelope labeled with your name. Inside, you will find the keys and directions to your apartment.
The following morning, you will need to go to reception to:
- Please present the ID card or passport of all guests.
- Complete the official registration.
- Settle any outstanding payments, if applicable.
CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS WITH PETS
Tarter Mountain Suites & Chalets allows pets under certain conditions and always subject to prior confirmation by the accommodation.
Medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The maximum number of pets allowed per booking is 2. Cats and ferrets are not allowed.
During your stay, pets must not be left alone or unattended in the apartment or common areas. It is also forbidden to confine pets in bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, or terraces.
Pets are prohibited from using beds, sofas, or cribs.
In common areas and surrounding areas of the building, pets must always be kept on a leash. Their movement through common areas should be limited to entering and exiting the accommodation. Walking or leaving pets unattended in undesignated areas, patios, gardens, terraces, or other common spaces not specifically designated for pets is not permitted.
Stays with pets may be subject to an additional charge, to be confirmed before making the booking.
TAXES AND TOURIST TAX
From July 1, 2022, Andorra applies a mandatory tourist tax for all persons over 16 years of age.
The tourist tax is 2.09€ per person per night, with a maximum limit of 14.63€ per person.
This fee may be charged in addition to the booking amount, according to the conditions applicable at the time of the stay.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Confirmation of a reservation implies acceptance of the conditions of the selected rate, as well as the general rules of the accommodation, the cancellation policies, the arrival conditions and the rules applicable to reservations with pets.
Tarter Mountain Suites & Chalets reserves the right to update these conditions when necessary to adapt them to operational, regulatory or functional changes of the accommodation.
