In compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data in the Principality of Andorra, in particular Law 29/2021, of 28 October, qualified on the protection of personal data, its implementing regulations and subsequent modifications that may be applicable, users of this website are informed about the processing of their personal data.

3. Purposes of the processing

Compliance with legal, tax, accounting and administrative obligations: We may process certain data to comply with obligations applicable to tourist accommodation activity, invoicing, accounting, security, fraud prevention or requirements of competent authorities.

Sending commercial communications: When the user has authorized it, we may send them commercial communications, offers, news or information related to Tarter Mountain Suites & Chalets. 4. Legal basis for the processing

The legal bases that legitimize the processing of personal data are:

6. Data recipients

Data may also be communicated to public administrations, competent authorities, official bodies or courts when there is a legal obligation.

If the user requests additional services managed by third parties, such as ski pass booking, ski rental, activities, pre-arrival purchases or other external services, only the data necessary to manage said request may be communicated.


7. International data transfers

Some technology providers used by the company may be located outside the Principality of Andorra or the European Economic Area.

When it is necessary to carry out international data transfers, MSCG S.L. will adopt the appropriate safeguards in accordance with current data protection regulations, seeking to work with providers that offer adequate levels of security and confidentiality.
